Playland Academy of Mixed Martial Arts, home to Team Playland. Is a 1600 sq ft facility with
1100 sq ft being matted. We have a 14 ft cage wall (to learn the tricks off the cage), weightroom,
speedbags, uppercut box, numerous punching bags, and misc equipment for sparring and cardio
equipment. Our MMA instructors are cage veterans (from 2 to over 20 fights), have trained
under some of the best instructors in the area. Our training sessions are intense!!! And
competition is not required or pressured, one of the best ways to get into and stay in shape.
Come join us for a free week of training, monthly dues are very fair, and $5 a class if you
want to pay by the class. Class schedule is posted on home page. Coming soon to Playland Academy
of Mixed Martial Arts we will be a satellite Jui-Jitsu school under Rodger Carroll (Gracie
certified instructor), shooting for summertime for that.
